Our activity plan packages are digital products delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive access to blueprint files, voting setup guides, and archive templates as described on the Products page.

2. Right of Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contactus@floravivobone.world with your order details.

3. Exceptions

If you have downloaded or accessed the digital content during the cancellation period and explicitly agreed to immediate delivery, your right to cancel may be affected once delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
